Bawtry Dental Practice

This practice seems to have changed dramatically in the past year. They don't answer the phone, and they don't care if you're in pain when you do eventually get through. Two months to get an appointment for a lost filling and that's not to fix it, it's only to look at it!

Experienced and exceptional service. Best dentist I have has for years. They all really know there stuff. Would highly recommend.

I work in dentistry myself therefore I've never really been 'the patient' in a long time and especially not in a practice I don't work at. Amish did my Invisalign work for me and from start to finish he was absolutely amazing with me. He was very supportive and reassuring, his nurse was lovely and so caring.He's very confident in what he's doing and great with patients. I forgot how dooming visits to the dentist can be but Amish and his nurse can put you at ease in seconds.

After a week in agony not one practice would see me. I then contacted these guys and booked me in for the same day. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Best place iv have been to. I had two tooth pulled and did not feel a thing and I rang them in the morning and I was in with a appointment same day would highly recommend them

I have been a patient for a couple of years at this practice and I can't rate it highly enough. The clinical teams that I have seen have simply been amazing on every visit. From seeing me on pain visits very quickly (that day) to my regular appointments for treatment.

I can't thank the whole of the Bawtry dentist team enough for the 5* treatment I have always received since being a patient as a child. Yesterday I had to have two teeth extracted as an emergency and the whole team were absolutely amazing, especially the very experienced dentist Dr Harrison who put me at ease from the word go and performed a tricky procedure so carefully and quickly.I can't rate the surgery high enough and will hopefully continue attending for the next 30+ years as I have done so far, as well as my young sons and husband who joined a few years ago and says it's the best practice he has attended. The recent refurbishment they are undergoing will make the experience of visiting even better.A huge thank you to all the hard working staff working in this heat with full PPE. You all deserve a medal.

Horrible experience rude staff, very small made my mum walk up a small tiny staircase. Dr shek was very pushy trying to get my mum to pay for work when she is eligible for the nhs. Used to be much better when the other dentist owned it but has sadly retired. My mum said the treatment she had was very painful

Excellent service. Friendly staff. Lots of details and explanations were offered as to the issue and concerns. Dentist provided me with many options, I didn’t feel pressurised or confused to make a decision. I would highly recommend to anyone for planned and emergency treatments.

Joined the practice recently purely because the new Hyg/therapist has moved from my old practice to here. Shes looked after my teeth for years and has made a huge difference to my mouth, Bawtry is lucky to have her. My first visit to the practice was great, i was greeted by friendly smiles from the receptionist and welcomed into the surgery by a very helpful friendly nurse! Highly recommended
