Went in near close on a Sunday to be screamed at across the store to hurry up as they were closing soon. The woman shouting was rude and made me incredibly anxious. Me and my boyfriend left very quickly not having been able to get most of what we wanted to buy. There was no need to shout at us as we were already clearly being quick and were aware of the time and multiple other customers were still paying by the time we reached the tills. This experience has been upsetting and I don't want to ever return to this store.

It's a pretty decent, relatively new store with loads of parking (hence the score)... You'd think being in Newport it would attract a slightly better clientele, but it doesn't unfortunately. Lots of ignorant people. A friend of ours was also pick pocketed here after bumping in to some eastern Europeans right outside the door, so watch your belongings.

The prices are good. Items are not always in stock and sometimes it is hard to find a member of staff to ask where things are.

Just got home and looked at my receipt I've been charged for 3 sea bass instead of 2!!! So annoyed if I'd have stolen one I'd be in prison by now! But effectively they've stolen my Money! Check your receipts

Aldi is a great I go to the one at Donnington but it has been Closed for a Big Refurb....So I've been going to either the Newport Shop or the Shop in Town as Ican usually remember that'll out of the Aldi Shop if they don't move things about too much lol.

Good store, but it's disappointing that certain items are out of stock ( for 6 weeks) and wines stocks are not restocked to meet demand.Although a newish store it needs updating to match some of their newer stores with cabinet refrigerated vegetable and salad cabinets. Still items are good value for money.

Did a click and collect today. As before at other aldis... The website doubles whatever you input. Not realising this till I'd collected and left. Also the person bringing my shopping out who I assume was the manager... I can only describe as a lazy excuse of a employee. Didn't offer any help what so ever!!
