A wonderful establishment in a prime location, offering convenient drive-thru and walk-in access. Adequate staffing ensures swift service, even during busy periods. The staff is consistently helpful and friendly, though occasionally they overlook adding chocolate sprinkles to my cappuccino.

Regularly low on milk alternatives, often only one person behind the counter, and wait times are high. Starbucks to employ more people here and a manager who can manage and maintain stock. Staff are always friendly and approachable and do the best they can.

One of the best Starbucks anywhere - the staff are absolute superstars.Big thanks to Rhys and the team - they are always incredibly friendly (event at the crack of dawn) and really fast at the drive thru. A very well run Starbucks.

Rubbish store. This time I queued 20 minutes in car to be told they'd run out of oat milk. Again!! Had to then queue to leave with no drink. Seem to have new staff every week who don't know what they're doing, getting orders wrong, serving warm iced coffee. Used to be good and we went every week. Not going to bother anymore

The service at Starbucks in Thame is impeccable. So friendly and helpful. I stupidly ordered the wrong drink for my autistic daughter and the gentleman said not to worry about it and he made me the correct drink free of charge! So kind! Customer Service like this rarely happens anymore so I'm so impressed with the incredible service at Starbucks in Thame.

Rocked in just wanted an americano. Guy was busy serving drive through so went to the loo thinking it would be ok when I got back. Two more people on the counter now so thought I would be served quick. No. 3 minutes later I walked out and grabbed a coffee from a machine at the garage. Which tasted soapy and horrible. So not far off the bland tasteless gloop they serve in Starbucks.

This used to be my go to, but as of recently, the coffee is just really bad, and that’s if you could even get one, they are literally sold out everything 90% of the time! Hard to justify their price increases when you get burnt, bitter tasting coffee, syrups that are never mixed in and nine Times out of 10 not even the coffee you originally wanted! They don’t even block things out on the menu, so you don’t know that the whole thing is sold out until you’re already stuck in the drive-throughIt’s a real shame

what an absolute mess of a store. i waited 10 minutes to be served because they were all so caught up by the drive thru and arguing with each other. then when being served i recall my order and the boy at the till just stares so blankly at me, like the guy does not speak. no receipt, no all good or anything. so i wait to the side. first drink comes out hot, so i send it back as it’s supposed to be a iced drink. second drink comes out and i ask the lady what is in it (because there is no sticker and nothing marked), she tells me there’s normal milk in when i asked for oat. i wait outside while my partner waits for the 3rd drink, he brings it out and again there is no sticker and absolutely nothing marked. as someone who avoids cows milk and has to have decaf, i cannot afford to just take the risk on trusting whatever is in the cup is right. the drink got thrown because i didn’t have it in me anymore to try and converse with him again, a total waste of time and money. i will be contacting head office for a refund, but the point is, go to literally any starbucks store but this one.
