Popped in to the Wisbech store today, to buy a tyre pump, and some engine oil. Spoke with Dazz" who was working the checkout and on the floor. He was brilliant...answered all questions I had and even drew me a diagram about the difference in two and four stroke engines! Great service

Dealt with politely and enthusiastically by the representative of Halford. Fitted my light bulb and completed the ten part check.Now have confidence the car is in A1 condition.

Parts supplied didn't match my order, items return to store had to accept refund and then they reordered replacements same part as I had correctly ordered in the first place but now more expensive. So for no fault of my own I've had extra trips to store and had to pay more for the privilege. Trying to contact customer services near impossible, chat help line froze me out

I had really poor customer service from 2 members of staff who seemed more interested in trying to get me to spend more money rather than offer advice on the products available. The male was sarcastic and patronising and I couldnt wait to leave the store because of the way he made me feel.....however the gentleman who fitted my car battery was polite and helpful and gave 5 star customer service.

I bought a set of number plates to include fitting.The fitting was terrible and I came away with a black screw on a yellow plate. I challenged this and was told “we haven’t a yellow screw, so that’s how it is. I was charged the full £16 for the fitting. Which no apology I drove away pretty disappointed.

No stars. Terrible service. Ordered a click and collect children’s bike. Finally found one in a store not too far away. Payment made received confirmation only to get a call from the store saying sorry but the bike you have ordered isn’t available. But we do have it as ready to ride bike, but it’s going to cost an extra £70. From that phone call it went all wrong. Terrible service from the store, they didn’t care. This is the 1st of many complaints i am going to send.
