It's a bit tired decor wise but it was really clean, George and Richard are top blokes and it's amazing value for money. I would always check for space here first, George even moved his car so I could park outside, top marks !!

From the minuite we arrived the owners were fantastic, helpful, kind and even helped carry our bags upstairs. very calming feeling to the hotel with a sun trap to sit out the front. Thank you for a great couple of days away, would definitely book again.

Great hosts, well run, well kept, nice breakfast. We stayed in August for 9 nights for my birthday and were returning 1st of October for 9 nights, says it all really. The world fireworks competition is on while we're there is.

Had a wonderful 3 night stay with my son. The rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean.Continental breakfast hit the spot as well. Free WiFi was an added bonusThe owners very kindly reserved a parking space outside. I would highly recommend this b&b and can honestly say it deserves a higher star rating

Great b&b lovely staff always saying good morning morning 5 minute walk from the tram stop and 10 min walk to the prom lovely rooms cereal and toast is provide 2 pound a day if u want a full English breakfast but apart from that it's a fantastic b&b would definitely stay here again

Very clean and tidy and very helpful. Breakfast was choice of serials and toast. Situated just a 7 minute walk from the railway station in a quiet area

From start to end our stay was fantastic! Richard and George made us feel very welcome and comfortable, even carrying our luggage to our rooms. Excellent cleanliness. We stayed for a week and didn't want to leave, it was like home from home. Very reasonabley priced and excellent value for money. We left yesterday and both the guys loaded my car and waved us off, it felt like leaving family! Will definitely be going back.
