First tooth out today with Mrs Aftab. Tooth area was numbed, filling done in the tooth next to the one coming out, and then my wisdom tooth removed. To be honest I didn't know she had taken the tooth out until she told me. All done very professionally and gently. She is an exceptional dentist. Thankyou

Had numerous appointments cancelled while pregnant and on maternity!!! Supposed to have an appointment tomorrow for the dentist to call me and say you have been delisted (news to me) so sorry we have to cancel. Not good enough at all and terrible service. I would not recommend this dentist at all. Payed for my treatment my whole life then they get rid of you when you become pregnant. Disgusting

I have been a NHS patient at this practice since 2006. I have undergone regular 6 month checkups and treatment both on a NHS and private basis regarding fillings, crowns and hygienist deep cleans. All the staff at this practice are really helpful and most importantly, extremely professional. My latest visit to this practice was for a 6 monthly checkup. My regular dentist Neda advised me that I needed a crown and unbelievably fitted a new crown for me during this appointment meaning I only need to return for a checkup in 6 months. Now that I am an early retiree this was done under NHS terms and free of charge. Neda, my dentist and her nurse were quite simply fantastic. Further to this a follow up appointment was not necessary and a member of the admin staff even phoned me to remind me that it wasn't necessary prior to the appointment being cancelled. I will be routinely SMS messaged when my next 6 monthly appointment is due. I cannot stress enough how efficient this Dental Practice is .It is a pleasure to be a patient here.

I would definitely recommend this practice and Dr. Stefan should you require a root canal procedure; mine was a very tricky case and he was brilliant. He took time to explain everything to me, encouraged me to ask questions beforehand and performed the root canal with clear expertise. He has a great sense of humour and takes the time to ring afterwards, which shows he cares. Thank you!

All i can say Doctor Stefan is patient, briliant snd suportive doctor. He did went extra mile with my difficult tooth issue.And i would definitely come back again.Also i would recommend to other people to visit this practice100%

I had root canal with Stefan and was very happy with the whole procedure. He explained everything he was doing which put me at ease, and there was no pain.His humour helped relax me too, which is what's needed I think.The assistant was really lovely and asked a few times if I was ok.Would definitely recommend Stefan.

I have been a patient at My Dentist Park Road for some years now and have been very satisfied with the service I have received, including when Dr Jassm referred me to the Dental Hospital for a condition which previous dentists had failed to notice or alert me to. Recently I have had root canal work done by Dr Stefanescu, which I have been very happy with, and a crown will be fitted shortly. The options were all explained to me beforehand by Drs Jassm and Stefanescu and I have been impressed by the professionalism shown and the way that options are clearly explained. Nobody enjoys having root canal work undertaken, but I have had it done on a different tooth with a previous dentist, and have been very satisfied with what Dt Stefanescu does in this regard. I am very satisfied with the service I have received from the whole team of My Dentist Park Road.

My experience with My Dentist Dental Surgery was outstanding. I had to undergo a root canal redo, but I was fortunate to have Stefan as my dentist. He took the time to explain the procedure, what to expect, and the chances of success.During the root canal redo, even though I already knew that Stefan is very skilled, I was still impressed with his expertise. I experienced no pain or discomfort throughout the procedure. Afterward, he explained the aftercare process and made sure I was comfortable before leaving the office.Although there is still a chance the abscess will come back, as Stefan explained, the procedure seems to be a success, and I have my fingers crossed. Overall, I highly recommend Stefan and his team.

My son appointments was getting cancelled since summer.Finally we arranged to book an appointment for 31/10/23 which later was cancelled again.We have been given an appointment 2/11/23 attended our appointment.The dentist Huma was very rude and aggressive towards my 8 years old child, she said that my son tooth that has a big hole due to all the appointments cancelled by them that she couldn't do anything and therefore my child has to carry on being in agony until next year when they give us another appointment.The surgery manager came in a intimidating approach that I have to call the police.I wouldn't recommend this surgery to my worse enemy.

Dentist didn't know what she was doing after waiting 45mins past appointment, funny how when your late they can't see you, absolute joke.And I had to pay for the lack of service.
