wife’s car booked in for MOT 2022 he wasn’t even there, I had no bad bookings with them before so I booked for my MOT in 2023, called them the day before to confirm the booking, I turned up at booking time to find the booking was not logged and the MOT technician wasn’t even there !!I will never use these jokers again, they can not even make and keep to a booking even when called for confirmation the day before !! JOKERS
