100% all round for my experience. Robert was very friendly and informative. I don't have any photos of the carpet before but when I booked this in, I didn't think it would be salvageable yet now it looks brand new again! Rob also cleaned my sofa and it is literally sparkling. Great experience from the booking point to completion and would highly recommend - thanks!

Excellent carpet cleaner! We have three dogs in the office -- one puppy was finally house-broken and he did an amazing job of cleaning up after her. Then puppy no. 2 entered the office. He's house-broken now. So, we absolutely depend on Robert's service to get us back to sweet smelling carpet with no urine residue to entice puppies to wee again. Invaluable.

Robert has cleaned carpets in our flat on two or three occasions and recently came with a family team and cleaned carpets in the communal area as well. We have always been very pleased with the standard of work, done cheerfully and at a competitive price. Recommended!
