I found Joannes Florist online and am so glad that I did. The Blue Collection as per photo was for my late Aunt who passed away suddenly in Hospital. Even though the Funeral Directors was approx. 12 miles away, all went to plan and the Flowers arrived in good time (apologies as during the upsetting time I may have given B26 instead of B28 postcode). Thankfully all arrived fine. I had to call Joanne a few times with various queries and her attitude, manner and empathy made the whole experience easy. Nothing was too much trouble (even down to adding a Sister" Ribbon to the Wreath from my Mom and writing 3 x separate Cards for us all. Thank You Joanne. Jan x"

The hat box bouquet was as beautiful as the photo on website. The recipient was very pleased with them. This was an easy online transaction and very helpful with the delivery.

Brilliant service, a beautiful wreath which I ordered over the phone and was delivered in good time before my former neighbours funeral on aug 7th, to SCM funeral directors on the college rd, plus my message written down on the card. I highly recommend Joanne's florist to anyone!

I ordered a Christmas centrepiece for my mom and what arrived was just beautiful! The colours were stunning and everyone commented on it. Will definitely be back and would certainly recommend.

Acknowledging that 21st Century business life has it's cost and expenses to bear. a charge £4.95 for a delivery charge for a 2 minute return journey is unreasonable. Call handler showed no flexibility and offered no concession. Clearly did not want my money or business.

I bought Grand Pink Radiance bouquet by using Groupon. The price on Groupon was reduced from £40.00 to £19.99, then to £15.30.The advertising photo of the bouquet is amazing.I placed the order over the phone. My husband picked up the bouquet while I was waiting in the car.He was very unhappy and dissapointed as the bouquet doesn't really looks like in the advertised photo and it is with less flowers. Just one Lilly of the valley weather in the photo I can clearly see at least three of them. Also the pink roses do not look very fresh.I called Joanne and explained her the above. She blamed Groupon. She stated she has got an issue with them as they shouldn't put the price down, also advertising the wrong photo. That's not good enough. If she knew all that, she supposed to inform me over the phone when I placed my order. She wasn't very helpful at all and neither professional. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! I will not recommend a service like that. The first 3 photos are showing my bouquet whether the 4th photo is the advertised one showing what I paid for but not received.New comment added on 30.01.2020.The 4th photo showing the advertised bouquet was removed from my review. Also the comments made under the photos were removed too.Very professional isn't it? I will try to add the 4th photo back and see what's going to happen this time.

Great value and really impressive display. Ordered a 'Champagne celebration' for collection for a Mother's Day gift and they looked fantastic. Great service from Steph as well. Look forward to returning soon!
