EXCELLENT GARAGE, EXCELLENT SERVICE :0)Had a text reminder in good time to tell me my MOT was due, which was fantastic, as it had skipped my mind!Was then able to use their online booking system, which was incredibly easy and efficient to use :0)Upon taking my car there the owner (Carl) was extremely polite and courteous towards me, upon booking my car in.My car did unfortunately fail its MOT, due to a bulb, but this wasn't any surprise to me, as my car is quite old.Permission was gained to go ahead with the repair and I collected my car 20 minutes later :0)The repair itself was very reasonable, which included a new bulb and alignment :0)Therefore, I feel very confident that I will never be taken advantage of either (with regards to repairs) as I feel that this company is EXTREMELY trustworthy.So, I would thoroughly, thoroughly recommend this garage (especially that I am a female) as I am always welcomed and made to feel at ease there and know that I will be dealt with fairly.Thank you Arnold Garage :0)

This is a mix one for me. They are nice people however overpriced and unfortunately my slave cylinder had gone fluid was leaking out when I pressed clutch. I told them to change it however they changed and charged me for new clutch very expensive, then to top it off they stated the slave cylinder needed changing. Tbh there was nothing wrong with clutch in first place all they needed to do was the slave cylinder.

Took my car for its first MOT.....no fuss, no bother...left it for three quarters of an hour..they txt me when it was done and the car was out in the yard, facing the Gate..All of my family use this garage, highly recommended..

Missenden knowledge about the newest car, they had to replace brake discs and pads, and they damaged a caliper. After three weeks three wheels nuts has been missing because they were not tightened properly . Absolutely not recommended.

Phoned up Tuesday booked in for today and repairs done. Excellent price, great service. Just what you need in a garage.

The repair work I had was great, but DO NOT have spray work done here. It was parked in shade when I checked it, and I couldn't see the difference, but standing just a few metres away now, it's an absolutely terrible match, and I don't know what paint they used, but it's getting progressively worse. There was definitely no blending along the panel as I was assured had been done, they've clearly just sprayed the whole panel and it's a different colour. I've been to several other places since, who have all said the match should not look like that and they should respray it. They refuse to reply to my emails regarding it. I daren't take it back again, so now I'm going to have to pay for it to be done somewhere else again. I've not left a review for months, because I was hoping they'd respond, but the fact I'm being ignored has just made the whole situation worse.

My car was taken here by my breakdown recovery on Sunday. Messaged them through their website and got a reply on the Sunday. By the time they opened and l rang my car was already on ramp and before 9.30 I'd had a quote for repairs and work was underway. That's what I can service. Whilst replacing my starter motor they noticed a few loose engine bolts so fixed that too at no extra charge. Great service and will definitely be my go to garage now. Thank you.

Lovely professional staff,can't do enough for you. I would recommend them to anyone. If you have a problem with your car,they will sort it for you. And the prices are very competitive.
