Home Instead Senior Care
Fantastic care from Home Instead . Mum needed extra calls put in place quickly which the office staff managed to do as soon as we requested it . Always kept in touch with us throughout everything . The carers are exceptional . Nothing was too much trouble . Mum enjoyed there visits and thought very highly of them . It was because of Home Instead that Mum was able to remain in her own home ,which was her wish . All in all faultless service ,amazing team . Thank you all

Home Instead Senior Care
We used home instead High Lane for a brief period. The staff were lovely especially Jackie, however the manager Caroline was extremely rude when we raised a concern.
