Clearercare - Ear Wax Removal Lancashire

After trying multiple times to see the GP to see what could be done regarding my daughter’s blocked ears, I searched on Google and Clearercare came up. My daughter had been struggling with blocked ears for months, various ear drops didn’t touch it. I’d never heard of micro suction before, I called and booked an appointment the same day. A polite gentleman named Zac arrived a few hours later, talked me and my daughter through the process and voila, 15-20 minutes later I had a very happy girl who could hear again. The procedure wasn’t painful, it was so straightforward. I would definitely recommend them to others struggling with the same. My daughter is 12, a lot of high street places only do over 18 - so this set up worked really well for us.

I was very impressed with the care I received from Zac. He was friendly, courteous and professional. He explained the procedure beforehand. It took less than 30 minutes to remove wax from both ears. It was painless and my hearing restored immediately. He also advised me on how to keep my ears wax-free in the future.

First class service. Zac was in and out with in half an hour. It wasn’t the easiest job as I had a lot of wax but he put my mind at ease and talked me through what he was doing. Now I can hear perfectly again. Would recommend!
