I went in on the off chance as I'd been ill over winter and other circumstances followed. I looked in the mirror one day and thought how long ago did I get my brows done?I looked on here and found Grace Nail and Beauty, saw that walk in was available and just turned up. I waited for 10 minutes or so.I'm very uneasy regarding who does my eyebrows but I had them threaded by Jay and I love them.Jay is very friendly, but professional and confident which to me is probably the reason I chose to get them done here.

Very friendly helpful staff. Been going here for years for brows, nails and sunbeds. Always clean! Prices are spot on! If you need to take your child/children in with you... Staff are very catering to children and don't rush you or make you feel u comfortable like most places do if you take you child/children with you!

Jaya is always lovely and welcoming. She always takes great care with nails and eyebrows and does both beautifully. I would not hesitate in recommending her salon to my family and friends.

I came here to get a pedicure and was impressed with the treatment and customer service. They were really friendly and the prices were very reasonable too!

I never write reviews but after my very poor experiences with this place I felt compelled to warn others. I don’t even know where to begin. I had my previous lash extensions removed here and the woman was so aggressive with my eyes. The glue remover went into my eyes and I told her my eyes were burning but she kept forcing me to sit still. After she’d removed them she put new lashes on and I’m not sure if it’s sheer negligence or lack of experience but the entire appointment took 30mins and I was pretty much booted out of the shop with strong glue in my eyes. In all my time of getting lash extensions the minimum an appointment is is 1hr30mins. This allows for accurate application and enough time for the glue to dry. I could barely see walking back to my car. My eyes were red, sore and weeping for several days after & I was worried it had damaged my vision. To make matters worse, 80% of the false lashes fell out 2 days later when I was told they would last several weeks. I also noticed clumps of my own lashes were coming off so it’s obvious single lashes were not used so it was excessively weighing down on my natural lash and not placed correctly. I pointed out how uneven the false lashes were and her and the owner insisted they were even. I had to ask another customer in the shop to point out the obvious to them because neither her nor the shop owner “Jay” were listening. Then, on an earlier prebooked appointment, they canceled at the last minute without offering any alternative option. Unprofessional with poor training is an understatement. Aside from all this, I don’t know how this place is allowed to run. The shop is dirty, unsanitary and freezing. They apply the lashes from a hair dressing chair instead of a lash bench which hurts your neck as you have to bend your head all the way back. The woman who applies the lashes can barely speak English, completely ignores what you want and doesn’t wear gloves. Avoid avoid avoid. If you value your face, you’ll steer clear of this place.
