MHA The Willows – Nursing & Dementia Care Home

I have worked at the willows for over 2 years and have Found this place to be welcoming and friendly. Very supportive and fair.The manager and deputy manager always have an open door policy and address all issues seriously. All staff respect each other and we have regular agency that keep coming back and ask us to ask for them if we need staff at short notice.

I have worked at The Willows for over 20 years. I have found it to be a welcoming place with friendly staff. MHA are great to work for always someone to help if you need it.

I have worked at the Willows for 21 years and have found MHA one of the best companies to work for. The Willows it self is very well led by the manager and deputy manager who are always available to speak to for support and advice. We work with regular staff and also work with different agency staff who choose to come back to us on a regular bases. Many off our residents come to us through word of mouth and recommendations.

5 months ago I joined the ' MHA family' in Mobberley. I was immediately made very welcome by all staff and line managers. I love coming to work every day, working in such a caring environment! Thank you for taking me on board!

An honest reviewI have worked in care/nursing homes for over 10 years. I came to The Willows as a newly qualified nurse in 2020. Each day brings a new challenge. I have had the opportunity to work with some incredibly compassionate nurses and learning from them has been a rewarding and valuable experience. The care staff are amazing, not just our MHA staff, but our regular agency staff too. Our residents are treated in a person centred and dignified manner. It is a pleasure to work with a team of such incredibly special and kind hearted people. As for management, I have witnessed our manager asking the care staff if they would like her to help assist any residents with their meal (aimed at our residents who cant physically feed themselves). I can honestly say I have never seen a manager actively participate in this activity, ever! I am proud to be a part of The Willows and would like to thank everyone for being so welcoming.
