After issues occurred with my son’s phone when he took it in to have a new housing put on as he had badly damaged the existing one, Naiem & Vish were keen to sort out the problem and fixed it, however they did not have to as my 16 year old had not read the terms & conditions of agreement and did not listen to advice given to him at the time which actually voided any come back with the shop. Both Naiem & Vish listened to what we said and were happy to resolve the matter in a patient and honourable way. Phone now in good working order. Thank you.

Travelling through the north, went in for a screen repair, the lad I spoke to was sound, fixed my iPhone screen in 40mins, quick and quality service. Would recommend if you need a quality repair

Horrible experience! My daughter took her iPhone screen to get fixed. They charged £100 a few days later the phone stopped working. There were lines all across it. We took it back they started to re- fix it, another £110 without asking. We had to pay. Then another week later water got in as theynever put the screen on properly. They have taken £210 pounds from us and the phone is completely ruined. We took it for a second opinion and it's got water in it as the screen wns not put on properly. We took the phone back .a 3rd time and the wont take Anyresponsibility! If you want a proper job doing go to Jacks repairs! Really DISSAPOINTED.
