Southern Softflow installed our soft water system some years ago and we have been very pleased with its performance. The unsoftened water tap started to drip recently and Southern Softflow came to replace it within a very short time following reporting of this problem. They are extremely efficient and we cannot recommend this company highly enough.

With my usual supply of softener tables unavailable due to lockdown and not having a Trade account I've been searching elsewhere without any one even getting back to me, then someone recommended Southern Softflow. So very glad they didRang them on Friday and left a message, Keith returned my call this morning and delivered this afternoon. Lovely Company to deal with and a very polite and helpful guy in KeithThey observe all distancing and delivered into my garage without any problem saving me the trouble of moving heavy bags. Will NOT be returning to my previous supplier. Couldn't be more pleased I found them. Thank you for great service
