Absolutely fantastic service.Would highly recommend this dental practice.. Sanjeeta was great with my daughter who had a tooth extracted for the very first time and she didn't feel a thing not even the needle... The receptionist was very helpful and got my daughter an appointment within a couple of hours ..Thank you so much

First visit today from a nervous person and Mr Moore was amazing with me he instantly made me feel at ease and made my experience the best with alot of positive outcomes when I thought all was lost. he made me feel very valued and I don't feel scared to go back staff are very friendly and welcoming and definitely the best team thank you so much I am now looking forward to getting my smile and confidence back

Excellent practice, the most professional reception colleagues who are always so knowledgable, efficient and helpful. Have had regular check ups for many years at this practice and also recently emergency care for an infection and root canal, the dentists themselves are very calm and confident when treating patients, and all have been exceptional for both myself and my child. Highly recommend. Well run, family friendly and professional facility. The investment in the building and patient facilities has been well thought out and well delivered. Great experience all round at Oraco.

Excellent customer experience at front desk and highly knowledgeable doctor. Dr Moore explained everything very nicely and I am quite fidgety when it comes to dental procedure, but I am at awe how smoothly its done. Now I am recommending my other family members to this dental practice. Overall Brilliant service.

Lovely welcome from the receptionist on arrival. Didn't have a long wait. The dentist and nurse were both polite and professional and were both very patient and kind with my nearly 1 year old who had her first appointment with her 2 teeth! Really pleased she had a positive first experience of going to the dentist. Helpful advice given for both me and my daughter.The only thing that doesn't feel very welcoming on arrival is the closed shutters over the window and the perspex screen in reception. I understand these were needed during the height of the pandemic but wonder how necessary they are now?

Todays experience was a pleasant one....the dentist wasn't rushed at all...he took time to explain everything to me and was very gentle....I felt confident with his findings and accepted his opinion....the nurse was lovely. She made sure I was comfortable. The whole visit was very pleasant. Downstairs tge reception staff were also equally pleasant and friendly.

Our first visit to this dental practice was an entirely positive experience. The receptionist was welcoming,friendly and efficient . Mr Moore put us at ease and explained everything that was required regarding treatment. Very helpful advice and information was given to support a better dental routine at home.
