Infinity Sewing

I bought my new juki du118n sewing machine from infinity sewing. It was a good price and Charles delivered it and made sure it was set up properly. I've never had an industrial machine before and he was really helpful and patient explaining everything to me. It's such a different world from my home sewing machine, I can't believe how much I'm enjoying using it. Did have a small problem (user error) which Charles talked me through and all was sorted very quickly. It's so nice to know there's someone who knows about these machines who I can contact and chat to.Very happy to recommend.

I haven’t used an industrial sewing machine in 25 years, so I was a little bit dubious about ordering one and not being able to set it up. Charles is amazing! His introduction on how to use it was excellent. A friendly top notch service. Do not hesitate to use.

So the Juki DDL-8700 Industrial Lockstitch Sewing Machine Walking Foot Presser Foot100% RECOMMENDED HIGHLYPRICE IS HIGH BUT WORTH IT.YOU WOULDN’T BE DISAPPOINTED BUYING THIS PRODUCT…….Sews like A hot knife through butter.6 layers of denim6 leather or vinyl6 layer of heavy canvasYes it did all them with no broken needles so win win there.The only thing that’s unnerving with first use is that, the small foot sits on fabric but the larger foot in front sits up.This comes down when you press the peddle.You do get use to it..So see for yourself & buy one..No disappointment honestly.Debbie

My industrial sewing machine stopped working in the middle of an upholstery job. Searched online and was really lucky to find Charlie. He was so helpful. Needed a fast repair which included a replacement part and he got it sorted really quickly at a great price. Would recommend without hesitation.

Excellent service. Charlie was great, he has a wealth of knowledge and nothing was too much trouble. All questions were answered immediately. I first spoke with one of his closest competitors........chalk and cheese! If Charlie stocks what you want then don't bother with anyone else. It was so refreshing to deal with someone with a can do attitude who actually really wanted your business. I purchased a Jack H2 with 6 different feet and a load of spare needles.
