Arora Park Hotel
Great rooms. Hotel seems to be living off canceled flights. They are certainly we'll prepared for that. The room with the big round window is lovely for plane watching. We had a good if unplanned stay. Breakfast and dinner are very simple affairs. Way too much waste from plastic plates, utensils etc.!!

This is the hotel for British Airways missed connection flights, probably composing 80% of the customers.There is nothing really to complain about, but at the same time, nothing to compliment. This hotel is doing his main job, providing a bed, basics neeeds and accommodation.

Stayed here because British Airways canceled my flight and got a free voucher. They have good service and dinner is great in there buffet. Breakfast not so much.

I was booked by the airline due to a booking cancellation, i have never been that cold in a hotel room. There is no usb plugs in the room to charge devices in case you don't have a UK plug. The staff was amicable though

Rooms are very basic. On entry to my, there was a strong odour of curry.No real restaurants at the hotel, the evening meal was a buffet which the majority of the food had cooled down by the time we were allowed to eat.The only positive I have is the closeness to Heathrow.

BA put us up there for a night due to canceled flight.It was not a good experience, rooms cold, only heater up by a small electrical portable heater (very sustainable).

Food buffet was awful. I mean, really bad. Sticky pasta, dry rice, no drinking water, no soda, only boxed apple juice, frozen peas and carrots..... no fresh veggies as the bowls were not replenish. Nothing healthy available. Rooms are okay. Hotel is near the airport making it convenient.

Arora Park Hotel
The Arora Park came to my attention after a British Airways cancelation and I was allocated in this small but efficient hotel. Even with a bus of guests arriving at the same time, all anxious to get to their rooms the staff manage very quickly and accommodate all guests in a very short period of time. The hotel is very simple in a quiet neighborhood close to Heathrow Airport. The good staff was clean, and that is the most important thing for a one not scheduled night out of home.

Service was fast and friendly. Location is within 10 min of the airport. The room was dated, and everything was carpeted and smelled like cigarettes. We left for the Hilton, which was similarly priced and much cleaner.

We missed our flight, so BA put us up here for the night along with a lot of other people. It was very comfortable. The rooms were clean. It wasn't fancy, but it was nice. They had a buffet for dinner. I thought it was the best meal I had while we were on this 3 week tour. I think the staff was overwhelmed by so many people arriving at the same time.
