I used Russell at Test Valley Trophies to engrave our club perpetual trophies and a large batch of medals, typically we left little time to do it but he got everything done very quickly and with no fuss proper customer service would highly recommend this business

Russel was great to work with, he replied promptly via email and was able to both cut and engrave a new trophy plaque at very late notice. Really friendly to work with and was able to accommodate an early morning fitting of the new plaque on our existing trophy. Would definitely use again. Thank you!

Russell has helped me out several times over the last few years, recommending the best solution to adding a base to a presentation cup and engraving several presentation pieces. Most recently he has kindly hung onto the items until I could come back to collect and when I was delayed stayed open late to allow me to finally collect! Thank you! Hazel

I had a cup which needed engraving and had been told by another engraving company in town they could not do it. I took it yo TVT&E and no problem, Russell did the engraving and I was able to collect it that afternoon. Great service thanks
