Yoga Collective Mcr - Birch Community Centre
I've been always hesitant to attend a yoga class but the atmosphere here is just so welcoming! The instructors are amazing! The level is for all abilities as you can do different variations of same position, and instructors are never pushing you beyond your comfort. The whole atmosphere...fairy lights, relaxing music...basically the place to go if you need to chill out

I joined the Yoga Collective classes a couple of months ago and I absolutely love it. The setting is really lovely and Kate and Peggy are very knowledgeable and inspiring. Thank you Yoga Collective for running the amazing class each week!

Beautiful experience to participate in their yoga Sessions.Relaxing environment and help to calm the monkey mind.The way they lead the sessions is poetic and the coordination between both of them is amazing.The building and lighting are incredible.

I am a regular attender at Kate and Peggy's sessions. Have never attended Yoga classes before. Classes are excellent in every respect. Welcoming, lovely ambiance and, most importantly, clear instructions and demonstrations as to what you should be doing. Men and women attend in roughly equal numbers. Wide age range of which I am probably the eldest. Totally inclusive.

The most welcoming yoga class I have ever visited. Peggy and Kate are an absolute delight. They are incredibly talented and patient teachers, making the classes suitable for beginner and intermediate levels. Great little community and always an absolute pleasure :) Highly recommend!
