Staff at store were very helpful with no rush to complete a sale. I requested to look at several items, which was all done with a very helpful attitude. Other customers entering the shop were informed immediately as to what position they would be served. Very efficient. All parts of the transaction were explained so there was no confusion. Great staff.

What great service we had today with looking for earrings. The lady was very helpful have been using the jewellery shop since I was born in 1987 I got my first watch in the shop as a young child. We are pleased to still see it on the high street.

great service , very personal and helpful made change of mind a few times and it wasnt a problem . had to order in my size of ring and it was ready at the shop in 2 days for me to collect .
