The service was amazing, very professional. Meghan managed to find the life cover we needed for my self and my husband (which was difficult to find due to being diabetic). Meghan was brilliant, and polite and ensured we went with the right life cover, that would meet our needs. Would definitely recommend this service to family and friends. :)

Julie was super helpful and knowledgeable from the initial call I had with her through to finding the right policy for me. Could not recommend The Insurance Surgery enough! Suzie provided an amazing service, I had been trying to get cover for years and nobody would provide me with life insurance due to my past medical history. Suzie managed to find my husband and I quotes and have them set up within 2 days. Suzie even managed to find cover for my husband at a much cheaper rate than he been quoted on comparison sites. Exceptional service.

Spoke to Neil Cameron at The Insurance Surgery to arrange protection for a new mortgage. He was friendly, helpful and made the whole process very simple and easy to understand.Neil was patient with my partner and I as we went through the applications (we both have conditions that meant it took a bit longer than normal to disclose everything). Julie was great. We were rejected from another company but insurance surgery helped get us a cover swiftly!09/05 - Thanks for your reply. One point I will raise is sometimes going through the questions, doing it all over the phone was a bit difficult at times, especially if someone's first language isn't English, or if someone prefers reading information than listening to it, or someone who is hearing impaired etc - I hope you look into an option where the advisors can share their screen when answering questions.

She got a quote which was less than any I had found for my circumstances and kept us informed throughout the process, which didn't take very long at all.
