I bought an Arneg Santiago couple of years ago and is still under warranty. We had a few installation problems that were sorted fortunately. But recently i have been chasing Jordon support to fix the sliding doors and it has been six months and they sent an engineer about 4 times after constant chasing. All they do is have a look take pictures and go. The doors are now very difficult to slide and my customers are complaining everyday. I don't think Jordon group wishes to fix it.Very unhappy.

Quick to install cheap parts and not pick up the phone. Another freezer not working. Domestic freezers for commercial use?

another morning and our new freezer is off !!! wish there would be a no star option !!!"KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY got from this company a freezer for over 20 K after a couple of weeks the freezer wasn't working and we lost stock of over 3 k the the best option the company had to fix the freezer was to boil kettles of hot water since the freezer was installed we had countless of times that it has lost it temperature and the jordon group has no other optio then boiling kettles please keep away from this company and for jordon group please take your faulty freezer back !!!"

I wouldn’t give a 1 star review out of anger, but at this point I have no choice.Called up to receive a quote, was told £150 for the first hour of call out. Paid for this appointment and an engineer came out 2 days later. He stayed for 22 minutes and told me he would be back with a part and office would be in touch. A day later, no sign of the office being in touch. I then called and was told that I would get an invoice calculated and the part was ordered. This was two weeks ago. I called every other day for 2 weeks to get told ‘I’ll chase it up’ ‘we’re waiting for the supplier’ ‘I’m looking into it’ each time I was told they would get back to me. They never did. Bare it in mind, they use an 0845 number that charges you to call, but return calls on an 0161 number. I have been charged time after time to find out what’s going on and each time getting no further. I was told a final time that I would get called back in the morning, which I didn’t. I then got the quote. I then called and spoke to a guy who pretty much made it up as he went along - the pricing structure of the quote was nothing like what they told me originally. They said the deposit paid included vat, but then tried to charge vat on the same value. The quote I received told me I had a £45 credit - out of £150 for 20 min call out, where is £45 coming from? It should realistically be a credit of at least £80. I was then given the part, labelled ‘controller’ - nothing more, at £73 - I waited two weeks for this ‘complicated’ controller part price? The total price I paid for the repair was £304.50. I have since been quoted for parts and labour by someone else £140 all in. I wouldn’t mind the price, but when you have to do their job for them you expect a better service. I was told I waited so long because I’m not a priority customer because I’m not registered with them, but was never told this originally, only that the supplier hadn’t been in touch. The guy I spoke to about the quote, when I paid the remaining balance, told me he would call me back same day. This was over 24 hours ago. The part should be here and fitted tomorrow but I highly doubt it. Two weeks wait and £304.50 to change a controller, hours of agg and chasing things up at an additional cost by calling. I have 3 sites and another 3 set to open. I will not be using this company again and recommend others don’t.

Hired to do a non commercial-job but made false promises time after time. Made me order materials to be fit in and were left to be ruined as thy didnt turn up after multiple false promisses and excuses. Even though i asked to make sure they were available to come and fit in for me. Absoloute headache and not worth the hassle.

Driver is a danger to the road, educate your staff... Vans like your should not be going above 60mph on a dual carriageway way like the a55.

Great service from Jordon group, I ordered a 3 door upright freezer couple of months ago, but given in the COVID-19 restriction there’s was a delay with supply’s. But now the freezer has come. The team have delivered excellent service that I have never experienced before. Delivered to the shop, positioned in the right place, everything working fine. Quick and easy service.There was some damage to the front grill upon delivery due to tight space in the shop but Jordan group flagged the damaged and came out the following week to replace. Quick and efficient service!I would highly recommend to use these guys, products are Reliable and the after service is there from the team, unlike other shop fitters.Thanks Paul and team

Terrible customer service, cooler broke down on a Monday, wasting over £1000 of stock, they couldn't get an enginerr until Tuesday who then needed to order a part, which wasn't ordered until I phoned up to check it had been ordered on the Wednesday, the engineer then showed up before the part had been delivered on Thursday, so said he would have to come back on friday, he failed to show up on Friday nobody bothered phoning to say he had been held up on another job, only when I called after waiting most of the day did they tell me he wouldn't be able to get to me and would have to come Monday, when I kicked up a fuss they said they would make an appointment for the egineer to come out at 9.00 Saturday morning, I'm now writing this review at nearly 10.00 Saturday morning and there is no sign of an engineer. If this is the way Jordon's treat their customers my suggestion to anyone planning on spending money on a cooler is shop elsewhere.
