These guys are brilliant! I had taken my car to another garage in Coventry to get my MOT advisories fixed, however they did a really bad and dangerous job with it. My mum recommended me to Autohaus and I’m glad she did! Their diagnostics and fixing of my car was speedy and they’ve done a brilliant job with my car, for a good price too. All the noises I could hear before have now gone. Thank you Autohaus!

Fantastic service from the whole team at Autohaus. I had major service work and a known issue rectified which was picked up on the diagnostic.There is a genuine interest and enthusiasm to get the job done and its very refreshing to see such high levels of customer service and knowledge. I also had an engaging conversation with the Technician who showed me pictures of the work and the old parts replaced, he was clearly very proud to deliver high-quality workmanship.5 star's well deserved!

I was recommended by a friend and am pleased to say lived up to the recommendation. My car (BMW 530) went into limp mode. Spoke to Darren and arranged a time. Arrived and was greeted with a clean workshop and reception with a friendly welcome. Advised of cost of diagnostic. With the diagnostic check software update and slightly over ran the hourly charge and then the test drive to check operating correctly I was Expecting a further flat rate was surprised to find there wasn’t. A professional friendly and honest garage who I will gladly recommend and return to should I need. Thank you for your assistance

I had a very good experience booking the car in, but that's where it all ended. The car had a fuse that was faulty and that meant the car lost all power. After chatting with the AA, they recommended this garage. When I called them, they said they would be able to have a look at it on a Wednesday (called them on a Saturday I believe) and seeing that they are so booked up in advance, I thought this was a good sign. Then, I asked the lady on the phone if they work with the AA and she said that they do, but there will be a £25 admin charge for them to do it. I had no problem with this. Coming Monday, I get a call from this guy, who I believe was the mechanic to tell me that the car is ready to be collected. They charged me £305 to CHANGE A FUSE. Not sure where that fuse was, but he must have disassembled the whole engine to get to it (£65 diagnostic + 2 hours labour). No one called me to let me know it would cost this much before the work was done. Still, this is not the reason for the 1 star. Remember I said that they would deal with the whole claim? I would have still had to pay in full to get my car and then claim the money from the AA (but they would have been happy to still charge the £25).Needless to say, will not be returning and they should teach their staff how to communicate more effectively with their customers.

A great experience. No one loves paying for car repairs but these guys were more reasonable than the main dealer, faster and more pleasant! I have an older Mercedes (2004) and this wasn’t a problem for them. And wow, fast! I dropped it off around 8am, they phoned me with diagnostic results and quote at about 9am, and had it all done by 1.30pm!If you don’t want to deal with the main dealer but want that same level of expertise (for a more reasonable rate too), Autohaus Werkshoppe are a great option.

An excellent job done at a very reasonable price on my 2002 Morgan's annual service and mot. Darren and his team were helpful and knowledgable and the collection and return service was brilliant!I highly recommend this garage for premium cars. The lads at Autohaus what can I say, absolute legends the lot of them. Proper looked after me and made me feel ever so welcome. Would 100% recommend them to anyone.
