The sales guy was super helpful,I needed a watch engraved that day was no problem I am very happy with the his work. I hayhad boots heeled too which were wore past the rubber and I got them back good as new.

Wanted my phone screen fixed was told £249 and phone would be sent away for a week. Went to wee independent shop round corner got it done same day for £150.

Was just in this afternoon and was served by Craig. I had a minor issue with a boot, which he dealt with immediately. Could not have asked for a more courteous man. 10/10

I had a terrible experience at this place. The guy working there was incredibly rude and showed absolutely no consideration. It felt like he was annoyed with me for simply asking to get some keys cut. When I asked him further questions, he treated me like I was an idiot. Yes, I may not be an expert at cutting keys, but that doesn't excuse his disrespectful behavior towards customers. Given the price and the reputation of this brand, the level of customer service was shockingly poor. I feel compelled to leave this bad review to warn others about the unpleasant experience I had.

I've had issues with keys getting stuck in locks (or not fitting at all) several times now and it happened again, so I decided to go elsewhere. B&Q have a machine that scans the key and laser cuts them (more accurate than relying on the human eye) and cost less! Too much hassle having to return and get a refund...nearly had to call a locksmith when one of the keys stuck in the lock!
