From the start, Kyle was nothing but supportive. He understood my goals and took into consideration the challenges I faced due to my work life balance. Kyle was very patient throughout and helped me get over any hurdles that popped up or impacted on my ability to train and meal prep around work. Kyle's approach helped me stay motivated to achieve my goals and maintain focus.

Kyle & Chloe have changed my life, they have helped me change not only my body but also my outlook on my habits and helped me make mindful decisions that align with my goals.They are both absolutely amazing in the coaching that they provide & they have both really helped me though some tough situations when I have been on the team, they are understanding that life gets in the way sometimes and are always on hand to help, whatever the time may be!There aren’t enough words that I can use to recommend them, they are truly wonderful and are now friends for life.If you have goals, these are the people to help you make them come true!

It’s been an incredible time on the team. Learnt so much with Kyle and pushed myself to achieve more than I was expecting. Kyle was always there with advice even for me who had never really been to the gym. Started off with home workouts and through the program gained confidence and knowledge progress to the gym. Looking back I am glad I made the choice to join the team because having that tradition to gym workouts with guide ace from Kyle was so valuable. Kyle was always look to build on habits not just for now but to work them into everyday life. Therefore going forward I have the mindset and attitude to achieve my goals which developed through the coaching received while on the team. This was one of the best decisions I made as it’s had an impact in the everyday and just a refreshing attitude to know what is possible through consistency not perfection.

Working with Kyle has been nothing short of life changing. Not only have I lost weight and put on muscle mass but there is so much more to it than meets the eye. I have this new found confidence that I always secretly lacked that transpires through every other aspect of my life such as work relationships and mental health. I thought I had good knowledge of the gym and nutrition before hand but what I realised is with Kyles help I learned to apply it and stick to it he taught me to aim for progression and not perfection wheres in the past one or two bad days would through me off. He was always on hand and available to reply when I needed advice. He helped me navigate my fat lads journey around my busy social life on top of many other things. It has been a true pleasure working with him.

Working with Kyle has been incredible, throughout the coaching process I’ve had numerous obstacles to overcome which I have done while being able to maintain healthy habits and also remain accountable. Along the way overcoming a half marathon and many other things that popped up out of the blue. I feel much fitter and healthier and also know I have the right tools to carry this forward and continue hitting my targets in all aspects of life as the things Kyle has taught me apply to so many different situations with accountability, mindset and discipline being massive in all walks of life.

Kyle is an amazing coach, he genuinely cares about you as an individual and he will support you every step of the way to reach your goals. He pushes you when you need it, but also knows exactly when to pull back and let you take control. Nothing is ever too much trouble, he adapts everything to work directly with you and what you want to achieve. Kyle has taught me so much, his knowledge is incredible. I can hand on heart say that this has been my best investment and I would recommend the programme to anyone, no matter what your goal is.

My experience working with Kyle was absolutely incredible! His enthusiasm, support and passion to help people change their lives and reach their goals is really what makes his service incredible. These 3 qualities alone is what I needed and I can’t thank him enough for displaying all of them towards me on a personal level. He delved into my goals and made them a reality to which I thought were impossible due to past experiences with over-complicated diets etc. I couldn’t recommend Kyle enough he is an amazing person and an even better coach!

Honestly, there are not enough words to describe what Kyle has done for me throughout this coaching process. I was trapped in my own skin, uncomfortable, unhappy, lacking confidence and most of all, making excuses. Kyle's coaching is not simply about eating less, training more and doing lots of steps (although these things certainly have a role to play). The most important part is Kyle, I particularly love his mantra of consistency not perfection because at the end of the day we're all human and it's in this humanity that Kyle centers his coaching. Building relationships with each client based on trust, compassion and care he supports their individual needs, to provide that all important accountability. Kyle has shown me the impact that small consistent habits can have upon my mood, energy and mindset and for everything he has done for me I will be forever grateful. This coaching process has been a priceless investment into myself and represents a transformational journey that I will cherish and carry forward with me in the knowledge that I have gained.
