We were recently on holiday in Burnham market when our dog took a turn for the worse, coastal vets were amazing, getting us seen quickly, polite, caring and considerate service. Claire the vet we saw was amazing and kind, unfortunately it was not good news for Nellie who had to be put to sleep, but Claire guided us with our decision, supported us and comforted us, she advised we have her a few days of doing what she could, paddle in the sea, eat steak and chocolate - the foods that we wouldn’t normally give, we felt like we gave her the best last few days of her life. Claire organised the cremation, pet paw prints and insurance claim. Thank you so much for your support over the 3 days we needed you, it meant such a lot

We've had potential end of life situations with our 2 old terrier cross dogs.On both occasions we were given appointments at short notice. We were encouraged to call whenever we were concerned.Both needed to be kept in for a few days on a drip.They recovered sufficiently to come home. Eventually with the right medication they've both recovered well. Although their age dictates it wont be for long. Were grateful to have mire quality time with them.I can't say it's been cheap but worth it to usThank you to all at Coastal Vets

Our dog had an allergic reaction to a plant in our holiday let so we took her to Coastal Veterinary Group. She was very stressed in the vets and they kindly let us take her through the side door to avoid unnecessary encounters. She received her treatment and we were about to leave. In the car park our dog then had a ‘funny turn’ - legs straight and shaking, she let out a long whine and wet herself. To us it looked like a seizure. The staff dropped everything and responded with care and efficiency. They eased our minds, gave us a medication in case of any further episodes and we left feeling so relieved and grateful. Thank you all so much.

Just a quick note to say how helpful these guys were when we visited whilst on holiday in the area ( Wolfie our choc lab picked up a tick ). Very helpful lady named Emma on reception and the Vet nurse whose name escapes me for dealing with our lively hound !!

Took me dog in as been shaking her head. Appointment same day. Vet lovely (they always are here) and managed to remove grass seed from inner ear. Great vets, can always get seen same day. Vets and other staff always friendly and professional.

I took Junior for his Lazer treatment after cruciate surgery. He got lots of cuddles a fusses and layed down while the nurse treated him. I have used Coastal Vets for 10yrs plus with all our present and past dogs. I find them very reasonably priced and very caring . I would highly recommend them.

Lovely caring vets. Had to have my elderly Jack Russell put to sleep while I was on holiday . Coastal vets were so kind, supportive and understanding. At a very stressful and upsetting time for any owner. Wish they were my local vets.

Great people. Sadly, I had to have my dog put to sleep, the vet came to our house with a nurse, patiently explained all the options and outcomes. When the time came, my dog was surrounded by loved ones. Really sad experience made easier by the vet, highly recommend them
