I took my toyota fob key for a new rubber pad and battery, the key was making the car start and drive but not locking and unlocking the doors with remote but manually, on my return I just tried to lock and unlock and didnt start next morning when i tried to start it didn't work went back to timpson another guy was there andsaid there is no transponder in the key and I need to see the same guy to my surprise the staff was quite rude and how i was suppose to find the guy I came to timpson for a basic service but got screwed ups the guy actually dropped or forgot to put the transponder back which is a sheer negligence and now I have ended up in paying 200 for a new key did not expect timpson have such casual attitude towards their customers and they cant do a small job properly

Absolutely amazing, so helpful and so polite I visited on fathers day afternoon, and the lovely man that was working there took his time to engrave 2 dominoe boxes for me.He really went the extra mile! Credit to your company x
