Although previously happy with the service, our last experience was highly disappointing. We asked for four tyres to be replaced and afterwards found out (in another garage, as this wasn't picked up by the Tyre Sales Abingdon) that two of the wheels on the right hand side weren't screwed/secured properly. We got back for rechecking as the car wasn't performing as it should (including the noise) but they didn't fix it. Not knowing what's the issue (and after being assured that there was nothing wrong with the wheels), I was driving on A34 with two loose wheels!!! Fortunately nothing bad happened and my usual garage managed to diagnose and fix the issue, but what's truly disappointing is that when I returned to highlight the issue, the manager wasn't interested in admitting their mistake ...

Brilliant customer service.We have a trailer that had tires worn out which needed replacement.We took the tires to this place not expecting much but were very pleasantly surprised.They new exactly what they were looking for and even managed to tell use the date the old tires which gave us an idea of how old the trailer is after buying off eBay second hand.The man said to come back in a few days and it'll be done for us.Exactly what happened, very happy.

Glad they had a tyre suitable for my Transit.Didn't appreciate the scratched rim from them removing the old weights or the new weights falling off straight away, wheel not cleaned beneath weights.Rubbish workmanship and it's only fitting a tyre.

Third visit to this place and twice been met with delays and not been informed. Customer service was diabolical ( well say Customer service, put receipt in front of me and card machine and that was that) give people benefit of the doubt but never again
