Frontier Insurance

Very quick and easy both to understand and complete. The price was fantastic and the monthly payment option incurred no significant additional fees. Doing it all via my mobile took less than 15 minutes

I was informed that you would be able to use previous card, but then told not possible. Had to pay manually, with the self same card. Retaining previous card details is supposed to avoid the hassle!

The renewal of my House Insurance with Frontier was very straightforward with no ambiguous or confusing instructions. This is not always the case when making purchases online so was quite refreshing. Competitive renewal price too.

Great at the stage of obtaining this insurance. Have not claimed so can’t say much more as the taste of the pudding is in the eating only. Sone of the Google reviews are worrying though when people have faced difficulties in claiming for any damages etc

Absolute joke of a company. Had a house fire still on going a year later due to them not liking the price from 4 independent builders. Have no contact details so cannot speak to them direct. There loss assesers are a bunch of clowns. Again takes them 4-6weeks for any response. Still awaiting there approval for builders to start work. Always late on the temporary accommodation payments we are having to stay in and having to use own money to cover rent plus my own outstanding bills. Please please please never use this company not worth the hassle.

Avoid. Honestly this company caused me so much stress. If you have previously had cover with them (which you may have done as they were formerly Now4Cover), you end up logging into your old account (from 4 years ago I might add - not sure why it's still active?) and there is an option to get a new quote. All great except the form used for quotes is out of date, and unbeknownst to me (how could I possibly have known) contains missing fields. So you happily pay the cost, then decide to check the details and realise they have filled in the gaps for the missing fields. So in my case, pretty critically, the form didn't ask about the % of flat roof. I have a new roof so I wasn't aware this was important. Anyway their paperwork completes the missing info by saying (despite me selecting other flat roof" from their menu of drop down options when selecting a roof type) that 0% of my roof is flat. Customer service was atrocious and they blamed me (!) for using an out of date form. I had to cancel as otherwise my policy wouldn't cover my property properly. Chased for a resolution and no response. Very very stressful."

Frontier make it so easy to renew my Home Insurance Policy with them. I was happy with the premium and a simple click has me covered for another year. What I like about doing it this way is that the policy is not automatically renewing and the next thing you know there are payments going out of your bank account without consultation. I like that this way is more involving, even if I intend to renew I still get the last say rather than, we have auto-renewed your policy

I have been using Frontier now for a few years and each year it is so easy to renew with them and are cheaper when doing a price comparison.This year my insurance went down it price. They are easy to contact, always friendly and will deal with any questions you may have quickly and efficiently. So I’m a very happy customer.

Just renewed at a competitive price. Easy and straight forward. We had a claim a few years ago that was dealt with quickly , so stayed with over the next years.

AVOID FRONTIER INSURANCE!!! Terrible company and in any emergency, there is no one you you can call, only automated services online. I tried to enquire whether I was insured for something, I wasn't, but they have still noted it as a claim in their automated, the computer says no" way
