Just closed my account of some 12 years. Service is dreadful, customer service simply don't care. Update - Reaching out to CRC, to a director no less was positive to a point but since then nothing. This is extremely disappointing. A single customer just doesn't warrant feedback. This is not how a company should be run.

Tried to buy a bike via Bike to Work Scheme - in short don't bother. Took over 10 days to respond, i.e. answer an email (dedicated to Bike to Work). In the meantime the price has gone up £6 - you guessed it; their great customer service now needs to you get a new Bike to Work certificate (will delay getting the bike at least another week). Last time I used the scheme I spoke with an online shop once I had my certificate and got the bike the next day. Utterly terrible customer service. I used to use them when they were a good family run company. Sad to say never again.

Used these guys a couple of times and both order turnaround has taken between 7 and 9 days from point of order, a very slow service compared to their competitors. They used Hermes to deliver my goods, again from personal experience Hermes are the worst courier company in the UK. The website seems to have a good range of items with nothing in stock however the products are fairly priced. I’d use them again only if am desperate.

Ordered a product from their website, said it was in stock. Two days later, order cancelled, with no apology or offer of a replacement. Had to wait a further three days for my money to be returned. Terrible customer service.

I have purchased from CRC before and have had no issue. this time I ordered my parts, then a few days later I got a notification I received a refund with no information as to why. I was required to contact them and to only find out my package was damaged thus they refunded me (Instead of just sending the parts again). So I was required to submit another order (And of course this time I didnt get the same discount, although small). It was just a bit more of a headache going through that.Overall they are good, I hope they can improve on this part.

Customer care is awful, once they get your money they couldn’t care less, I have a problem EVERYTIME I order from them, never again!!!!...If your order doesn’t arrive or doesn’t arrive on time customer dontcare" will tell you it’s your responsibility to deal with the delivery company and you have the sort it out yourself???

1400 Euros order haven’t arrived in over 2 weeks.Order placed on 5 august, writing this on 24. So almost a month and my order has not arrived.Contacted them 2 times, both times waited until they’re said, still nothing. Contacted them a 3rd time, no response in 2 days.The DPD delivery info / status is stating that my order in in France since the dispatch, seems like it’s stuck there & last update was on 19 august.Order was estimated to be delivered on 16 August (6-8 days)I’m located in Bucharest, Romania.

I love Nukeproof products but this company has the most terrible customer service if there are any mishaps. The can't admit when they're wrong. All customers want is acknowledgement and help, not cheeky responses dodging all accountability.

Terrible ongoing problems with trying to get a brand new Campy shifter replaced under warranty. Chain Reaction Cycles customer support is terrible. I’ve been trying to get them to help get my return. I had to pay return postage from the USA to the UK. The US postal system has done there job. My return is stuck at a delivery depot/delivery office in the UK and I find out there is a duty tax. My return is suck there for now 21 days if not paid then if I’m lucky it will be returned. And now I’m not getting responses back from chainreationcycles. I’m so unhappy with this company and don’t know what to do to get a resolution.
