From the initial meeting with Rachel a few days after Dad passed away everything was dealt with efficiently and professionally. Throughout we have been able to ask questions, and have always received an immediate answer.The flowers that we ordered through the Funeral Director were as we requested and were beautiful and fresh. Dave and the other staff drivers, pall bearers etc were very smartly dressed and respectful at every stage, and guided us through the procedure. The Celebrant was excellent.This all helped to make Dad's send off as good as it could have been. Thank you Co-op Funeral Services
