Took my watch in on Saturday for replacement of a new battery . Job was done very quickly and the guy behind the counter was helpful .

I’ve been trying to get a replacement access fob made for weeks now, only to be told each time by the different person working behind the counter saying, “I don’t know how to use the fob machine”.How ridiculous is that? What if people have travelled far to get there just to be told that? Why have staff behind the counter that aren’t fully trained in everything if they’re the only person on shift?Yesterday, my 4TH VISIT trying to get a fob made, just for some smug ginger haired girl to tell me “im going to be honest, the machines out the back but I’m not sure how to do it, come back tmw when the manager is in and he can do it for you”…Today I go there again (5th visit), travelling from West Swindon which is a 40 MINUTE round trip, being told by this so called ‘manager’, “we don’t have the fob machine anymore, it’s at another swindon branch”. First of all why was I told literally YESTERDAY that the fob machine was there and to come back??? As I’ve already stressed this is a 40 minute round trip plus extra time if there’s traffic!!!!This is very inconsiderately pathetic, time wasting and inexcusable flipping me off left right and centre. Fuel is expensive and ideally I don’t appreciate wasting it driving somewhere for NO REASON!!!! DO BETTER and get yourselves sorted.

Excellent service from the Guy that works there. I went to the one in the Brunel centre and had keys cut 3 times and they were all wrong because he used the wrong blanks. Went to the one at Sainsbury’s and they ordered in the correct ones and they worked. Thank you

I have given a rating of 1 as I cannot give zero to leave my review.I brought a Laura Ashley throw in which was dry clean only on a Tuesday. I was told it would be ready on the Friday but then after looking at the label the gentleman said it would be the Monday as it could not go into the dryer, all of which was fine so far. I went on the Monday to collect and was told that it wasn’t ready as “we’ve been a bit busy” and could I leave it for another week. I think my reply questioning a week made the gentleman rethink and he then said that it would be ready on Wednesday. I said okay but I would come on the Thursday instead to collect it. I went back on the Thursday to be told it hadn’t been done and that he would put it in now and it would be ready in an hour and a half. As you can imagine I was not happy at all. I said I couldn’t come back again that day and would collect it on the Friday. I also said that I would not pay the £15.99 I had been quoted. The gentleman said that was fine and it would be free of charge. I went back on the Friday (today) to collect it. It smells as though it has been dry cleaned but when I unfolded it at home I could still see that it still looked slightly grubby. (the throw is on a sofa in my kitchen which my dog sits on) I feel as though it hasn’t been properly cleaned at all but as it was done for free I cannot go back. It will need to be done again but I am going to take it elsewhere now. I am one very unhappy customer.

Been here at the barbers inside of sainsbury's now a few times with me and my son. All are very good and don't rush

Absolutely disgusting.We gave a white puffer jacket with some stains to the dry cleaner - the sleeves and collar were worn out, there should not have been anything difficult in terms of cleaning. They took a lot of money from us, for this amount you could buy two new jackets! As a result, the dirty puffer jacket was returned to us, it seems that they just took it away, held it for a week and returned it in the same condition.I do not recommend at all, completely dissatisfied.

I walked in today receiving a wonderful welcome from Stephen. He promptly set out on fixing my shoe whilst I waited. During this time he had a rather rude customer but he kept his professionalism and served her with a smile, I’m must say I was impressed. Five minutes later my shoe was fixed and with no charge. Amazing service thank you Stephen.

Phoned up to confirm shop open as google ad incorrectly said it was closed on a weekend. Greeted by unenthusiastic team member who stayed, “I wish we were closed, but sadly we’re open until 6.”Fine, if you don’t want your business to be open I’ll go elsewhere to someone who does want custom! Reading the poor reviews more widely, I think this is a good decision.

I've used this for dry cleaning and my suits have come back fine each time, however twice I've had keys cut with bad results. First time, I was given an incorrect key back along with the original. Second occassion had a terrible cut and the spare key needed a lot of jiggling to work - bad copy. I risked a third time however they have raised their prices - to get 2 spares made of a key cost £10, at £5 a key that is a ridiculous price. Have taken my business elsewhere.

Took my new shoes in to be re-healed. Came back with a dodgy stick on sole which lasted 3 days before it started pealing off, They did not need these stuck on as the shoes had leather souls. The heal wore down in that time too. When I took them back I was told because the heal was cream, the ones they use are made out of soft material which is not hard wearing compared to the black heals!! What is the point of using them if they only last 3 days? £18 wasted
