Brilliant store always well stocked and service is good

I love home bargains. It's a shop I forget how to leave. The store is biggish, clean, and all on the ground floor. Sells food, clothes, and stuff for the house. Now here is why the 3 stars. Accessories for home are very limited, like pictures, wall stuff for a bathroom, or toilet. Sell loads of pillows, bedding, etc, which is great if you need these. It would be perfect if more accessories for the home had a wider range

If not for the queues at the few tills open 5 stars, I know getting good staff & keeping them is a problem. What a pity the UK has severed links with a large workforce a ferry trip away, that would have worked perfectly

We shopped in your Greenock store today (1/10/2020,) and found it an extremely pleasant experience. Our purchases were priced very reasonably indeed and though the checkout queue was long, it moved rapidly. This was thanks to the efficiency of your workers. We were lucky enough to be served by Tammy C. She was friendly and professional. She joked with us, which did not deter from her giving excellent customer service.We wanted to purchase packing boxes, but you had none. We asked Tammy C if we could have a couple of old boxes from previous deliveries. She smiled and said, of course." She called to a supervisor telling her our request. The Supervisor smiled at us pleasantly

It was quite busy. Around 12:30 on a Sunday. Extra staff were added to the tills in order to get things moving faster and there was a staff member ensuring distancing at the tills and directing customers. Good selection of products and helpful staff.

Great wee shop ,bought a suitcase today and it was really cheap , the staff in this wee shop are great, very helpful
