Beautiful selection of flooring (we had been to quite a few shops and couldn’t find what we wanted anywhere else), we liked it so much, had the whole house fitted with it. We also used the shops own recommended fitter (Gus) who was wonderful, did an exceptional job very quickly. Staff are also professional and helpful.Thank you Wood And Beyond!

Very good service. The samples came out quickly and the 8mm Diamond Supreme vinyl plank product we chose works very well with under floor heating, plus it looks and feels like natural oak wood flooring that we've had before and is very comfortable to walk on in bare feet. We required a few more boxes, as I had under measured, unfortunately, they were showing out of stock on the website, but Olivia went out her way to find me some whilst on the phone, so i could complete my project. No hassle at all.

November 23 update - The floor has been laid and we love it so much we have come back for more to do a second room! Photos of our new floor attached. The company responded quickly to all my inquiries about samples, pricing, stock availability, delivery details, and other questions. They reserved my flooring order right away and seem very organised. Very impressed so far with the company and looking forward to confirming the delivery date and receiving the goods. The floor is not due to be laid until the end of October, will provide a further review/update once it is installed (separate installer)

We had a fantastic experience - needed engineered wood for our new home and had a short deadline. Went to the showroom and had an incredibly positive experience. Well laid out store, good experience and Diana went out her way to help us find the perfect choice, testing in different lights, finding us a better (although much cheaper!!) choice that suited what we wanted than we had spotted, and talked us through is so helpfully. Super fast delivery. Perfect experience.

Alway good service from Wood and Beyond. I understand that everything can't alway go right, but it's how you deal with issues that's what's important. They go out of there way to fix things.Would definitely recommend.

My new Bianca 8mm floors are beautiful, bright and light but still warm. Love them. Photos don’t do them justice. Excellent product! We bought more for the second bedroom.

I've purchased flooring here twice. The flooring is decent. The customer service in store is hit and miss.The second time, I ordered one too many boxes of flooring by mistake. I returned one unopened box to the warehouse by courier at my own expense and then got an email saying that it is not in resaleable value with the attached image, offering me only a 30% refund.Apparently the brown tape (which I didn't put on the box and was probably there when I received it) means the item is not in resaleable condition despite the packaging underneath being wholly intact. I asked them to remove the brown tape and send me a photo of what is underneath and they refused to do so.The terms and conditions state that they will accept leftover flooring and refund you minus a 20% restocking fee (ie. give you an 80% refund), so I'm not sure why they were trying to scam me by offering me only 30% just because there was some tape on top of the packaging.Will not be shopping here again.

5 star review - we've purchased floor for our Living Room, Hallway & we absolutely love it. Great service in terms of knowledgeable, held it for us (whilst our project was delayed) & then quality. Everyone who's come to the house has commented.So much so - we've just ordered more for another room in the house.
