Alex is approachable and makes you feel at ease. She has a way of getting you to look at things from a completely different perspective and is that voice of reason. We started working together with my horse and what I thought were confidence issues with my riding but it went a little deeper than that. Alex has kept me on track with tasks and encouraged me to think differently when faced with the challenges everyday life throws at you. Alex has had a positive impact on my life as a whole from riding to home and work and it just keeps getting better.

Alex has helped me so much to understand what parts of my business are making me the most profit and to maximise those. I also realised which parts were just creating a high turnour and lots of work but not making a profit. I'm now heafing in the right direction for a better work life balance.
