Phoned Kelly cabin around 11am 2.9.23 and came within 2 hours to sort our problem out which hopefully is now resolved. We expected at least 3 or 4 days before they could come out. Excellent efficient service. Thank you

Vulnerable 96 year old neice rang them and then I rang as television Connection not working they installed and the lady said we on way I said iv not said where she gave me details that were correct granddaughter came waited no one turned up and had to ring another company we only rang as Kelly's cabin was paid by this lady for what was not working no after care to leave a vulnerable person with no television that's bad I'm lost for words this incident happened on 5th of August 2023 at 1145. It was a Saturday and it was all documented

Put a shout out on Checkatrade following strong winds which took down our aerial 10 days ago. Kelly’s Cabin contacted me within minutes and quoted me for the job. They booked a time but we rescheduled due to illness. They came today, took down the broken aerial, replaced the metal bar and installed a new terrestrial aerial within 45 minutes. We’re all connected up and back to normal. Recommended if needing their services again. Thanks!

We would highly recommend this company my father needed a TV setting up with Sky moving an existing cable to another room. We called them with our requirements and the next day they came back with a cost which was very fair - we agreed to the work to be done and within the hour they arrived to set up. They were very polite and made sure that everything was in working order and left neat and tidy. Thank you :)

I rang them late morning about a problem with my aerial and they turned up within a couple of hours to fix it . Very good communication and very friendly. Fantastic customer service and wholeheartedly recommended.

Just moved into a new home and needed to have my TV mounted on the wall and move the AV cabinet to the other side of room. Received very prompt quote and the job was performed professionally. When I had a slight issue the team at Kelly’s were very responsive and willing to put it right. I have no issue recommending.

Terrible experience. I rang and booked in with Kelly's cabin 1 week prior to needing my cable splitting so I could watch telly in my bedroom. They told me that they would be out on Tuesday 22.8 had to ring as they wasn't on time. A women turned up alone saying she had sent her worker home, and would need to rearrange after pretending to look and act like she knew what she was doing. Rearrange to Thursday 24.8 I won't let you down" be there between 10 & half past. I rang at 11:30 she told me she would ring back in half hour she was just waiting for the weather to sort it's self out. Still didn't get a call back. Gone to someone eles I can't be bothered waiting any longer just like you can't be bothered to come do your job."
