Pet Practice Veterinary Surgery

We have used the vets for my dogs teeth problems and booster jabs. Being an old boy we faced difficult decisions over his quality of life. We have been reassured by 2 vets here and a nurse. Have been updated while his in their care too. Would definitely recommend.

Very friendly staff, not always possible to see the same vet in an emergency (we’ve had a couple) but that’s understandable. On general appointments we’ve had no issue in that regard. Our dog has had two major surgeries in the last six months, one a TPLO carried out at the surgery, which went really well and he was up and about in no time and one carried out by a specialist referred to us by the vet due to an emergency with his pericardium, there was no messing about, they knew that it was urgent that we deal with it. I was a little hesitant and upset but my questions were answered, I was calmed and I left feeling secure that this was the right step. This saved our dog’s life, literally.

My puppy Rottie enjoys visiting the vet because every care has been taken to ensure that he has a good experience. We can't change the fact that some treatments are not favourable to them, but the staff are so caring and dedicated they do their very best to keep them comfortable. Top notch! Elijah and Daisy have already recommended this vets to their mate Winnie. Thank you all for the wonderful care received

Very happy with our experience at Pets Practice in Christchurch. My dog started having seizures and Hannah has given him the best care & sound advice and reassurance for me to manage his condition going forward.

I have switched over to the above Vet not so long ago. The transfer was quick and efficient. My dog was greeted warmly and handled with care. I didn't feel rushed and the Vet took his time explaining the up coming vaccinations and their health plan. My dog appeared to be comfortable with the surroundings as well as with the vet which was really important to me. The team at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was to much. Highly recommended them

Cannot recommend highly enough. So much care and empathy. They really looked after our precious cat Honey and when it was time to say goodbye they couldn't have been more caring. Amazing ❤️
