Called them a few days ago regarding a malfunctioning thermostat at my elderly parents house. Hussain made time to come over the same day after his last job (at 11pm) to take a look. The problem was fixed straight away and I received a follow up call a few days later to check that everything was still working ok. Very approachable, reasonably priced and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Been having some troubles with my heaters working upstairs for the past couple of months, was recommended Lancashire Gas and Heating through a friend and I can't thank these guys enough, came out and sorted the problem out within an hour and now I have a nice warm house in this very cold weather, the engineer was an absolute pleasure to deal with he was very kind and helpful and even made friends with my 3 year old instantly who loved having him around! Thank you so much and I will be in touch very soon once I'm ready to change to a combi boiler! Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone who needs any gas or heating help! 5star service!

Waheed of Lancashire Gas and Heating Limited is a fantastic gas engineer, my boiler was playing up and he came round the same day to look at it and got it working again. He was prompt, professional and got the job done with no issues, going the extra mile to check everything was satisfactory - he even came out late after he finished another job to get it done.He has also plumbed in a dishwasher for me which he did with his usual care and thoroughness, and stayed until it was working perfectly.Also he is deaf aware. As a deaf person I can often find it difficult contacting tradesmen to do work on my house. He would text me and make sure I understand what he was doing and overall an excellent service. It's reassuring to know I have someone easy to contact if I have problems with my gas appliances or boiler.I don't hesitate in recommending his services to anyone that needs them.

Hussain recently fixed an issue we had with a radiator coming away from a wall. He was very professional, friendly, and tidy. He also kindly gave me and my partner lots of helpful advice on other things around our new home. We really appreciated this being first time buyers and would highly recommend his services to everyone.

I thought I had a simple problem with my boiler but a quick inspection high lighted how serious it really was! Boiler disconnected and made safe!Replaced quickly and professionally - great job done. Top service and very happy with the outcome - would definitely recommend this company.

Came in to remove boiler, flush system and install new boiler. Excellent work and were really accommodating to time constraints due to kitchen being installed. Also explained everything so I know how it all works. Would 100% recommend too anyone else and will be using them again!
