I am a first time buyer and unfortunately they manage the property where my flat is. Extremely poor and I am yet to receive response to my message originated around August 2018. Despite follow up emails and calls no response but very good at collecting the service charge. Currently looking into options of making complaint to an independent body.

********AVOID ***********- Our neighbours currently rent through these cowboys.There fence is rotten, panels missing, the bottom warn away unto 8 inches.We have planned to get our garden landscaped and once the shed was removed we were left with bare panels that had fallen down. Our neighbours pushed the Manger ( Linda). I followed up a number of times and was told their client doesn't have a phone number ?!?!Now the fence is down and we have had to repair out of our pocket and they are refusing to pay.PLEASE AVOID THESE COWBOYS!

I own a flat and unfortunately they manage the building. They never want to deal with any issues. I've had to involve the council in various occasions for them to do their job.It is true about other opinions here that Northleach when they don't want to deal with an issue they ignore your emails.Very unprofessional and awful management agency.I have now contacted the ombudsman(Selfserve.tpos.co.uk) and I hope/wish more people would do this! The form takes 10 mins to fill in.

Currently rent a property managed by NL - Do not rent/buy any property managed by this company, they do no repairs and do not tackle any issues despite collecting service charges. James Barker is useless.One of the poorest managing companies i have ever dealt with

They almost lost our business last year due to ignoring emails and avoiding dealing with problems. They promised to do better. They haven't. I haven't had a reply to an email I sent before Easter that required an urgent answer. Phone messages aren't returned. You never know if they've seen your email and have actioned it or are ignoring it (as usual) because they don't even reply with a short answer. If something seems too difficult, they just don't do it. It's shocking that they are still in business. Property management seems like a good grift.

I don't know how this management company got any good reviews. I own a flat managed by them. It has been 2 years of me calling and emailing to get them to help me with my issue- I simply want to be allowed to pay my building fees. This really is in THEIR best interest to send me a bill and accept my money. Linda from Northleach doesn't reply to my emails and when I am actually able to get her in the phone she promises to chase the issue and then does nothing. Two years. There are no words. They are awful.
