Timebus

We used Timebus to transfer our wedding guests from our wedding venue to the reception. They were professional and friendly throughout the entire process, helping to guide us when organising the pick-up location and route.The bus itself was gorgeous and an exciting surprise for our guests. The novelty was well received by all.They were efficient in the pick up and drop off process, whilst allowing for the very necessary photos of guests hanging off of the back whilst parked at the reception itself.Would absolutely recommend.

Booked Timebus for our wedding day to transport us and our guests between the registry office and the evening venue. The bus was timely & clean and the staff were friendly & helpful. We thought the package was competitively priced having done lots of research, and our guests absolutely loved the touch of having a classic bus to transport them

Don’t go for Timebus ever! Avoid them by all means! Disgusting attitude to their customers. These guys are focused on money making only and have no sense of customer service at all.It is the most terrible customer experience we have ever had which unfortunately happened to my husband and me on our WEDDING DAY on 24th September 2022.Timebus company ruined our wedding& transportation.The routemaster just drove away without giving any notice that they were leaving however they said they did??Nobody contacted us or came into the church saying that bus was leaving.However the bus and the whole journey was booked until 15:30pmFor some reason the bus driver decided to neglect his customers without even waiting for 5 minutes more. He just left to his next money-making trip.We came out of the church at 14:27pm which by the way is on film. We were the first ones to vacate the church and straight away told by our car driver the bus had driven off, so in fact was before the time they stated the driver went which was 14:30 (minutes actually count)It would have taken mere minutes to get the people onto the bus as there wasn't many and a few older people at that.It also takes 45-50 minutes to get to our venue on the Saturday, as my husband completes this journey daily also on weekends if this was the case then 14.30 onto the bus and leaving within 5mins would have been sufficient.The journey onto the destination would have made us be there approx 15:20 or even as stated 15:30pm which would have been the confirmed time to get to our destination.Our contact person at Timebus was Sam he was a very rude man via email basically telling us where to go as we tried to claim our money back!Really really very dissatisfied, disgusted and disappointed against timebus and really not much consideration for what was supposed to be a lovely smooth day without hassles like this. We used timebus for our wedding to take some of our guests from central London to our venue in Hertfordshire in a classic London red bus (we booked the open platform routemaster). Timebus were very helpful suggesting somewhere suitable to pick up our guests near Kings Cross and then agreeing to stay longer after our ceremony so we could have some photos with the bus. The bus looked fantastic and our guests all said they enjoyed the journey.Thank you!

We hired a Routemaster with Timebus for our wedding day to take guests from the registry to the reception (with a scenic tour whilst we took our couples photos). We had the bus hired for about 1.5 hours in all.Highly recommend. Communication when booking and reconfirming etc was all great. They arrived on time, everything was as agreed and the service was great. Our guests has a fabulous time.There is a PA system if you want to do a quiz or anything like we did.Prices were very reasonable too (even when we were booking 2 weeks before the wedding!)Recommend without reservation.

We booked two Timebus buses for our wedding last weekend to transport guests from the church to a restaurant for the evening. All dealings with the company were timely and professional. We had a quick call with the company a few days before the wedding to ensure the pickup and route were as expected (our booking was slightly complicated in that we required two pickups). The buses arrived on time and clean, and the drivers were friendly and courteous. Our guests also loved being transported in traditional London buses. All-in-all a very professional service that ran as smoothly as planned.

A massive thank you to time bus and their staff who worked to give my grandfather the send off he wanted at his funeral. As a massive fan of all things transport in his life and having worked in transport, his one wish for his funeral was to have a London double decker bus. Time bus fulfilled this wish, They were great to talk to on the phone, and proposed planned journey templates which they then coordinated perfectly with our chosen funeral directors, Neville. Everything went just as planned on the day, It's a fantastic idea because we had no need of limousines. We were able to carry the mourners and my grandfather together to his destination at the crematorium and to then return us for our wake. The bus was in immaculate condition, The driver was incredibly well dressed, courteous and polite and an excellent driver. They take routes that the bus was capable of going along and the ride was comfortable. The driver helped passengers with disabilities to stow their walkers under the stairs and checked for any lost property when it was time to leave. Then in addition to all of that we got a sympathy card too which was greatly appreciated. Most importantly of all it didn't cost the earth. In fact, I thought it would be a lot more than it was and the bill was reasonable and fair. Could not have made me or my family happier, Thank you, time bus ❤️

Timebus was great on our wedding day. The buses were beautiful and our guests loved them! The buses arrived early and the TImebus team was helpful in the planning process as well.

I can't recommend Timebus enough! We hired a Routemaster to transport our guests for our London wedding in July 2018. They were very helpful in the run up to the wedding especially given challenging circumstances (most central London roads closed off due to a bike ride, which meant we needed to coordinate a special access pass and a carefully calculated route).On the day everything ran like clockwork: the Routemaster was spotless, the driver and conductor were charming and also gave us a beautiful handwritten card on behalf of the whole company which was a lovely touch. We hired a London route master for our wedding day, originally this was booked last year to take our guest from the church to our Reception venue doing 2 trips. Having to then postpone our wedding to this year luckily time bus was free on our new date, we then decided with only a small number of guests that we would go somewhere to have nice photos taken, the guys at time bus where happy for us to do this. Thank you guys for being so great and accommodating. The conductor and driver where great. We had a fantastic Wedding day and was so happy we got to go on the iconic London route master, all our guest enjoyed it too. Thanks all at Time Bus.
