Recently re-located up to Newcastle/Gateshead with the help of Daniel Craig Residential. It is my first property and through the excellent service provided it was a very quick and easy rental process. All of the team members I've encounter have been nothing but polite, friendly and helpful during the move! Definitely recommend :)

I have a rental property in Longbenton managed by Daniel Craig and I am truly delighted with the level of market knowledge, services provided but above all the human touch and negotiation skills when it comes to difficult situation such as negotiating a rental price increase with the tenant.Pay the rent on time, monthly and consult me every step of the way when there is a repair to carry out.

Really friendly, move in day was flexibile and well-prepared (we also got a nice welcome letter), and repairs have been incredibly fast.

If I could rate 0 stars I would - I turned up to view a property with a viewing I confirmed on the day. I turned up at 4:50pm on 24th Feb and after 5 minutes no one arrived. I called Daniel Craig Residential to ask if someone was on their way, the man said they’d ring me back as soon as possible. Another 10 minutes went by and still no call or still no-one showed up, and I tried rining back again and then the office number was closed so I left a voicemail with the out of hours number. Another couple arrived for a viewing and we were both outside in the cold / rain. 25 minutes we spent waiting for them to arrive and no one rang back or turned up. Shame as the house looked nice. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Would AVOID this letting agency in future.

Great service, the team was very professional and supportive during my stay in one of the properties they manage. Robbie, the person who managed our building was very helpful and professional. Excellent service and experience.

The worst agency I have ever dealt with, incredibly unprofessional and they have a massive lack of communication and care for tenants. I once woke up to a staff member trying to enter the property I was renting, unannounced. Looking through the reviews, the same person has been forging fake five star reviews for Daniel Craig Residential while working for them, avoid at all costs.
