I had my bathroom done a couple of years back. I think they farmed the job out to a subcontractor, who did a botch job on it. Taps leaking, panels fitted poorly. I had to move heaven and earth to make them come back and finish it properly, and even then they left it in a state. Finished the final bits myself as it was just too much hassle to try and get them to take responsibility.

Members of our family used this firm recently and had a bad experience. Bad management and poor planning led to a poor job and a final bill which was higher than the quote. They had no issues with the workers but the management were asking them to do more than one job which led to things not being done.
