Awesome couple of hours learning about Bike Fit with Phil. Really engaged in what I wanted to get from the time and worked with me to achieve the results I wanted. Phil is an expert in his field and really passionate about what he does. Truly amazing the areas he highlighted that I’d overlooked before, the comfort I’ll get whilst riding will make this a priceless experience. Thanks Phil!

After experiencing some issues with my Specialized mountain bike. Called up customer services, puy me in touch with these guys.Had me back on my bike within the same day. Safe to say, I'll be upgrading my bike with these guys in the future.My experience with specialized is second to none, this is my first time with a specialized bike and I'm very happy with the team here and they are a credit to the brand. After owning my time trial / triathlon bike for over 10 years and racing several half and full distance tri’s I was never quite comfortable with my TT position and looking at race photos I wasn’t as aero as many, despite putting myself in what I classed as an uncomfortable aero position.Anyway, a friend of mine recommended Phil Craddock ant Retul/Specialised Nottingham, and honestly it was the best money I’ve ever spent. The fitting process was so so thorough, Phil is so knowledgable and has so much experience, he spent hours tweaking my position, involving footbeds and cleats.The result was that I knocked 30mins off my Ironman bike split last weekend and finished with a PB. But beyond that, I’m in a comfortable aero position and one that when I get off the bike to run I have no lower back stiffness at all. The service is unbelievably good. A lovely chap too, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. I will be back with my road bike soon. Many thanks!!!!

Once again great work and support from the guys at the Specialized Concept Store Nottingham. This is the only place our son's bike will ever go, as the guys there are a great help with bike knowledge, advice and always manage to fix the bike every time anything breaks after the trails. As we are new to biking they are thankfully an oracle of advice and support. Thank you

Sent bike in to have rear shock serviced on 1st July. Was told it wouldn't be until 16th July until they could send off and should get back by end of July, OK no problem. No update from them at end of July so called to which they said they'd look into it and call me back. No call back. 9th August phoned them again to see whats happening. ''Plush cant service your shock until 1st week in September''. Right so why wasn't I told this originally? Now I cant get my bike back and I'm going to lose 3 months of the summer. Very poor service which I wouldn't expect from Specialised.

Booked in with Phil Craddock at the Nottingham store for a bike-fit because I was experiencing numb toes, tingling hands and IT Band niggles. I had tried an online bike-fit and another local bike-fit with no positive results. I had a 100 miler coming up and needed a miracle 1 week before the ride. Well, Phil provided that miracle. I rode the 100 miler 2 weeks later, no numb feet/hands & no IT Band pain. Can't recommend Phil enough. Friendly, down to earth & highly knowledgeable & interesting.

All the staff could not be more helpful and made me feel welcome. serviced my bike and diagnosed a fault explained exactly what they were doing and gave me some great advice I can't recommend these guys enough thank you.

I took possession of a Ribble CGR bike. Unfortunately, the DI2 firmware on the levers had not been updated prior to delivery. Ribble advised that I ask a local shop to update it and that they would reimburse £30 towards the cost. After trying several ‘local’ bike shops I contacted Specialized in Nottingham. They said that they could do it and to just drop by as there was a 2 week wait in the service department. I cycled over the next day. Matt connected up the interface and updated the software. It was all done in minutes. Matt and the whole team were fantastic. As it only took a few minutes, there was no charge. I explained that I could get it refunded but they waived any charge. I whole heartedly recommend Matt and the team. My bike will be going back there when it is time for it’s first service. Thank you chaps. First class service.

Evan is an absolute credit to your store!He's knowledgeable... providing opinion but backing it up with experience and examples.He's generous with his time... answering all of my wife's questions about the different gear systems, different sized frames, different battery sizes, different colours, etc etc without showing any impatience.He's helpful... printing out different specs so we could compare, researched the height guide for frames, sorted the bike out so we could go out for a test ride.T could not be more excited to pick up her new Specialized Como soon!! We cannot thank Evan enough - he was brilliant.
