Booked in my van a week in advance to be told on arrival that there is anyone there that can do it..And last year they done 4 wheel alignment and my new tyres scrubbed out on the front.When my mechanic checked my van he said they shouldn't of done it because all the bushes we're worn out.!!!So my advice is don't bother going there.!!!!!!

Done wheel alignment over there. Been few places and that dude was the one that sorted out the issue of my car. Black boots is where u can go for ur wheel alignment. Guy is OCD about his work and that's what we need.

Took my MX-5 to get the fast road settings. Arrived early and they saw me straight away, incredibly professional and really friendly. Driving away, the car was transformed - I can't recommend these guys enough!

I broke down this week in Chesham and Blackboots/ProTyre were amazing. The owner, Wade, fitted me in when they were fully booked and discovered the issue with my car and remedied it within hours. Not only that but he drove and picked me up and took me back to the garage. He saved me a taxi fare. Really friendly and quick service. I will definately use them again when I am in Chesham. Fantastic service. Thanks Wade and the team!

I have never had such a bad customer experience EVER with any business, also the issue the car was booked in for was not repaired it received a bill of repair for something else.I initially booked my car in with the promise parts are not an issue to get. After leaving my car I did not receive a call for many hours with the fault and price, so I decided to call them, was given I was just about to call you" . I was advised I would be called back in 5 minutes

Went in this morning, 9/9/23, to get 2 new tyres on the front, the manager was friendly and explained how the process is carried out by the fitters, the fitter found a bolt that was previously overtightened that damaged the bolt and the inside threads, he cleaned and used his rethreading tool to put it right and replaced with a new bolt. The manager said there was no extra charge for this. I then saw the fitter replace the all the bolts and then checked the bolts using his torque wrench, something I have never seen any tyre fitter do before. I would definitely recommend this place, they seem to try hard to make customers happy as I saw the manager doing all he could for others walking in the door.
