I purchased a Seat from this dealer and had a very positive experience. Kamran the owner was polite and left us to inspect the car and take it for a test drive. He didn't pressure us to buy and we took our time to properly check the car. The bonnet cable snapped and he was generous enough to cover the cost of repair. I have had the car for over a week now and no issues at all. I would reccomend this place for their honesty and great customer service.

I recently purchased a car from this dealership and was very impressed with the service I received. The salesperson was helpful and knowledgeable, and the car was in good condition. Unfortunately, I soon discovered a problem with the clutch, but the dealership immediately arranged for me to have it repaired at a local garage. I am extremely happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. The quick and efficient way in which they dealt with the problem with my car was greatly appreciated and shows that they truly care about their customers. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Very Pleased: I purchased a BMW Touring just over 6 months ago, no pressure sales and the dealer was more than happy for me to look over the car at my leisure. There were a few small issues that needed rectifying and we managed to agree on a fair price.I would certainly buy a car from them again. It's worth doing some homework on the car make and model you are buying so you know what to look for when viewing.Just a quick update: A year and a half later and the car is still running very well with no issues. Thanks for your help.

I had a great experience with the lads at Fairways Motors when I recently bought a high spec VW GTD Golf off them. The car was spotless as advertised and the lads were a pleasure to deal with.. I would highly recommend this car dealer.

Check check check the condition of the vehicle and consider getting an additional check by your own mechanic or the AA as soon as possible if like me you are not car mechanically knowledgeable.I bought a vehicle (Silver Seat Alhambra) in April which “passed” an MOT the day before I bought it. When getting it back home discovered it had likely been in an accident at some point as there were some subtle signs of a respray and filler being used there looked to be some twisting underneath at the rear. In informed Fairways of this and it was not to their knowledge, I was offered to take it back to be checked over, me living over 200 miles away and having being fairly relaxed approach as “sold as seen” felt it wasn’t worth my while in time and diesel to drive it back. I wish I had now at the time as I could have had a full refund within 3 months.A couple of days after 3 months an engine light came on the car also said it needed a service I took it to my local garage and had a full service costing £260. There was also an exhaust smell in the vehicle, I asked for the garage to investigate this. This is when I found the car probably should not have been sold. This is what we found. The Diesel Particle Filter (DPF) had been gutted/removed and re welded, DPF temp sensor was also loose and threads damaged. The first catalytic converter had been removed and the second catalytic converter had been drilled out through the centre. The exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) pipes were also leaking gasses. All harmful emissions are being released into the air and some into the car. There was also a wheel bolt missing and a CV boot was leaking. The bolt and CV boot are easy fixes. But the changes to exhaust systems in my belief are illegal to do and it would appear unlikely a car would pass its MOT without them. I contacted Fairways about this and was told they were unaware of any of these and the MOT tester was independent from them and it passed.I had an initial estimated cost for parts in the region of £3000. Fairways said this was too much they would be willing to cover £1000 or buy/take the car back. When I had full costs for parts given to me it seemed closer to £6000 for new VW/Seat parts. This clearly was a nonstarter for repairing. I arranged to return the car to Fairways as it was just outside 3 months I was unable to get a full refund and was charged a “reasonable sum” for the mileage I had done. This was £950 deducted from the refund. In summary I was sold a very poor car drove it for 3 months and paid £1210 for the privilege this including my train fares collecting and returning the car and fuel comes to a total of £1460. What a huge waste of time and money. Thanks for nothing Fairways.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would.Absolute shambles throughout whole procedure. Payed 6k for a Toyota Yaris that had nothing but issues from the beginning. Did less than 1 thousand miles in it when gearbox went, cost me £1800 to get fixed. Owner lied throughout saying it wasn't the gearbox it was the clutch

I purchased a car from here 3 months ago and have had no issues to date - the car drives well. No pressure to buy, friendly and easy going sale, cleaned car, fairly priced and a test drive was no bother. I appreciated the honesty and handling of queries both during and after the sale, which was refreshing.
