I brought my 11 month cockerpoo in after a bad experience at anouther groomer resulting in her coming out looking not much different than when she went in and still full of matts!! and for the love of dogs grooming has done an amazing job, all the matts were removed and she looks perfect- Thankyou !!

Dylan just popped in today for his teeth to be cleaned. the team looked after him beautifully and even though he was a bit nervous they were really gentle with him, managed a great job and he is in good shape. Much better than doing this at the vets and having to have him sedated. Thanks again.

I brought my daughters dog, a cavapoo, along for a groom so a big responsibility. I explained how I wanted her dog to look as in the past, groomers have taken the easy option of just shearing her, muzzle and all…. I know she has a very curly, knotty poodle fur but they worked wonders. The young lady took the time to fully understand the look we were after and and I was so happy to see Shadow looking so beautiful when I picked her up. I will not hesitate to come here again.Very kind and caring too. We’ll be back!

Poppy went to the new salon in Christchurch new for her groom today which was long overdue. It was very easy to drop her off and pick her up. It’s really hard to find somewhere that will hand strip your dog. The staff at Love of Dog always do such a brilliant job and take so much time on our Border Terrier. She looks so so smart and is so much happier with short hair. Really recommend, thank you

Excellent for all types of dogs. My greyhound is a frightened girl but she soon relaxed once in there. Very experienced, friendly staff and so caring. Good value for money. Spotlessly clean. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Will recommend to all my doggy friends.
