I've never had so much poor customer service . when in to buy new e cig on the 26/ 09 /23 didn't get any help at all and when I did finally decide which one to buy she didn't even put it in the box she just give it me has he was in the cabinet on top of the box .if I wasn't at work I wouldn't of purchased anything

Have been coming here for several months, know all the staff and speak to them regularly, they are very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful about all things vapes. Cheapest vape shop I know in Manchester. Have had issues with faulty vapes which they have kindly replaced free of charge although it is problems with certain manufacturers of vapes and not sure that this can continue - it is not their fault. Very friendly helpful happy to keep buying vapes from them. Staff are always friendly and help you buy the best deals/vapes to their knowledge. 5*+++ No complaints at all!

I bought a vaping kit and some nicotine pods, part of a pack, which I realised I couldn’t use as soon as I paid and was ready to leave the shop. All still wrapped, packed and sealed. Still on their door step I went straight back to the counter and asked the guy with the glasses if he had any weaker strength nicotine pods. He said no. I explained in that case I couldn’t use them and wanted to give them back. He refused saying there were no refunds. If that was the case he should have explained that prior to purchase. These guys are in total breach of both the ‘Consumer rights, protection and guarantees acts 2015’. I am getting trading standards involved and I will contact the BBC and Manchester City council.Really bad experience overall and I am taking it as further as I possibly can. The guy with the glasses shouldn’t be behind a counter serving customers. He is rude, unfriendly and is obviously prepared to break U.K. law concerning consumer and customers rights.

Usually, a man with beard and glasses serves me at this store and he is very helpful and kind. However, lasts time i went, a boy who was emo and slim served me and he made me uncomfortable because his demeanour was bizarre ☹️ I will be going back, but NOT when this boy is behind the counter…Knocked a star down because of this…

wish I knew about this shop earlier! fantastic deals on vape juice, and the store clerk who served me today was very friendly (& chipper, given the fact it was just past 8am!) will certainly be buying from your shop again :)

I visted this store last year and the customer service was terrible from the staff member with a beard and glasses. I haven't gone in since today, and he was there again being unapproachable, unhelpful and borderline rude. He was more concerned about having a conversation with a friend who was not a staff member, rather than giving basic customer service.

bought a device that soon became riddled with issues. guy with glasses behind counter told me they weren’t covered by the warranty so i had to replace the pod and coil myself even though I didn’t break them. then it starts auto-firing and he once again refused to help. pretty sure the product was fake

First day I went in met Arron propa passionate about the products above and beyond with help and advice. The second I met Hal he’s really easy going all the staff make this place a winner!
