So I have Michael out for a quote and he was extremely professional and punctual when he arrived I gave him my ideas on what I wanted and he explained everything in detail and gave me and extremely fair quote ... I had 3 other landscapers out 1 was ridiculous 1 never returned my calls and the other was a similar price to Michaels I feel he made me understand every little detail and I felt a lot more confident leaving him to do the work and wow I am in love with my new garden And thanks to Michael and his team

Mike and the team provided a really competitive quote to install a sensory garden for St Andrews United Reformed Church in Roath.The teams communication was good and we were so happy with the workmanship that we have just had another quote for phase two of the garden.We had a large patio laid with a path leading to the side gate. This included making sure that the access to the garden was wheelchair accessible. The side gate had to be removed to get their digger in, yet you would never have even guessed as now it's back in place just as before.We also had some raised planters made out of sleepers, and ready for us to plant, which look beautiful. We can't wait to have the community involved with planting them up.

We chose to go with M.R. Garden Services as we felt they could offer a professional service at a more reasonable cost - having received a crazy quote from another landscaper and another one that didn't even turn up to give the quote - Michael was open and honest during the quoting stage and suggested some alternative ideas to achieve what we wanted from the garden but within a budget we could afford. Michael and his colleagues Steve, Seb and Ryan were professional, hardworking and a good laugh throughout.We did have a few issues with the tiles but they came back to rectify these with no fuss a few weeks later. Would like to give a 'shout out' to Seb in particular, this was one of his first jobs - he was very polite, enthusiastic and took pride in his work - did a fantastic job on the raised beds!Would definitely recommend them.Attached are some before and after photos, plus some recent ones now we have added plants to the raised beds.

Whilst I was initially encouraged by Michael and his teams attitude and the fact that they stated if there was an issue they would come and resolve it. This is however simply not the case. They came once to resolve issues with some tiles that are moving and to rectify the mess they left on my drive. They did attempt to resolve the issue with the tiles however in the most part this was not successful. Michael promised that he would return to resolve the issue with the cement and sand mix that covers my drive but has yet still to do so. He has ducked telephone calls and didn’t return messages forcing us to use my partners daughters phone to call him. When we did get hold of him he stated he was really busy and we should call back nearly a month later. This was his week apparently to resolve any issues and we would be a priority. When my partner called him he yet again didn’t return her call, when we stated that we would be forced to leave a negative review he denied that he was aware of any issues. We obviously reminded him of his commitment to resolve the issues with the drive and previous telephone call. He then reluctantly said he would come and resolve the issues to keep my partner happy. We have waited another two weeks no sign of him or contact.

Michael and the team completed some improvements to our garden recently with new fencing, border and pergola.They worked through some pretty awful weather to get the job completed on time and to a good standard, meaning our garden looks fresh and modern
